@Mom2jl, I read somewhere that UCSB Regents invite comes out early March. So I guess that is the next deadline.
On another note, S told me he and his friends froze last night up in Big Bear so they slept in the car. Overall he said they are having a grand time.

Thank you @collegemom2boys ! In addition to being admitted to UF, S also FINALLY got his National Merit Finalist Certificate at school. He is the only 1 in a class of almost 500. I think he is the second in the school’s history - he attends a Title I school of 100% minority kids, Hispanic and African American. It was a good day

Okay, this is mind boggling. S is a Regents invite for UCLA, but not for Berkeley and he didn’t receive it for UCSB either.

@Ballerina2016 WHAT!!! How the heck did your daughter not get one? Do you think it is a chance that our kids are overqualified? No offense to anyone, it’s just that may UCSB knows who most likely won’t be attending even if they are given free money which hurts their yield.
I just want one admittance to a local target.
