All I could think of with Margarita’s dress was Pebbles from the Flintstones.
I thought it looked like a bathroom rug that she hung around the model’s neck and didn’t bother to sew the back.
The coat, however, was great.
i was on the phone and didnt hear the ending of who is going on – but from just seeing their smiles - i’m thinking all of them are included.

If I understood correctly, all five will create a collection but only 3 will show at fashion week.
Agree that Margarita’s dress looked like a bathrug. It also was unfinished not just in the back but the hem also looked uneven. That model can make almost anything look good!
The preview of next week’s episode indicated that only three will show at fashion week. It will be interesting to see what these designers can do with more time and money and on their own without other designers around to either bounce ideas off of or to distract from the task.
Brandon’s fabric choices and workmanship has been perfect all season. Kentaro will have a wonderful runway show. I like Ayana but nothing of hers has really wowwed me. I loved the pop of pink on the coat last night, but I didn’t really like all the pieces it became when unbuttoned.
There is no question that Margarita and Kenya will be ousted before fashion week. I think they couldn’t decide between the two last night as neither has had anything outstanding and as a whole both are fine but not anywhere near the level of the other 3.
Margarita has had more than one uncompleted outfit go down the runway. Yes, it is a design-not-sewing show, but that fur dress was just a hunk of fabric cut to a shape. I did that with felt and barbies when I was 7 years old.
I thought it was so unflattering - I was surprised the judges seemed to like it at all. The model did not seem thrilled. I don’t really know why Margarita has made it this far.

Plus the million dollar Brothers Sewing Room, big cutting tables at waist level, sharp scissors, good lighting, and $400 worth of fabric. When I was making my Barbie clothes I had some dull child’s scissors and Elmer’s glue. And Barbie’s ass was covered.

Kentaro is too inconsistent so he shouldn’t have made it either.
Kentaro has has a few bombs, but the majority of his stuff has been gorgeous, and for Fashion Week he won’t be asked to make clothing out of trash,candy,or dixie cups. Kenya and Margarita have had one or two acceptable outfits, but most have been bad. I think Kenya will be fine in her small slice of the design world but not for a broad range of figures and tastes. Margarita will be designing costumes.
My favorite of Kenya’s was the blue petal dress. I didn’t like the orange tweed, nor the print of the blouse below. When she designed for a staff members relative, she had the blouse flare above the waist,many the skirt also,flared. I like her personality, but not her fabric choices nor most designs.
Margarita? They shouldn’t raise her hopes and waste her time.
Kenya’s red and black good and evil suit was also good, I thought she was going to win that one.
Maybe they just keep her around for the entertainment value of her alternating between boasting and having a pity party. They didn’t really have a villain once the twins left.

In one of Margarita’s rants she said she didn’t have an apartment in LA anymore. I don’t know how long it’s been since she lived in PR.
