we happen to check the portal this morning and saw the LOCI form disappear and a “View decision” button was there. Oh! we are in Finland
 so it was night time for you all when we checked here.

yes. He opted for Indianapolis as he said its the same profs who will be teaching so he was ok with not being at main campus

Congratulations! May I ask when your son submitted LOCI?

He submitted LOCI and his science project portfolio as additional info on Jan 26. He felt Common app might not show his long term science progression effectively so created a Maker portfolio.
