My youngest son who was just accepted ED attended summer also and made the same comment. The activity on Marshall Street is like night and day between the academic and summer sessions. My oldest son who is finishing up his masters (and recently completed his undergrad there) always spoke of Marshall being busy during the year. Now that the University is adding two residence halls in the area, plus the Sheraton being converted to sophomore housing over the summer, the area should really be bustling.

Makes sense. The homeless problem was pretty bad in summer, girls were accosted at chipotle. During the year it would be too cold most of time for encampment there. It made me crazy as itās so easy to spruce it up,

The resident halls are replacing Kimmel and Marion. My D was in Kimmel last year. It probably needed too much loving to up date. Sheās in Watson this year and that needs major love too.

My child was notified tonight of acceptance to dual whitman!/ischool w merit. Email said more to come later in March. Very exciting.

Congratulations! Seems to be the only acceptance posted .can you tell us a little more? Your location? I know some international students were admitted last week.
New England. All info was in email directly from Admissions. Was very nice the way they made my daughter feel like she stood out.
I canāt begin to speculate how many of these they send out. This day and age itās a real tough process for the kids, parents and Admissions departments. If everyone didnāt apply to 12-17 schools it would be a more transparent process. I almost wish there was a max so schools didnāt get bombarded.

Nothing for us yet either.
Junior Transfer student, 3.9 GPA, 2x Legacy, Inclusive Elementary and Special Education major. waiting on my Syracuse decision still, as well as the UCās and a couple T-25ās. not sure if transfer will come out with RD like it did for UMich (rejected because of a transcript error from my HS), but I hope itās soon. My parents have so much school spirit, I was taught to say āgo orangeā before I learned how to walk. Hoping for the best. Already accepted to UPitt for Anthro, which has a comparable transfer rate.

From what Iāve seen on FB they do this every year, a few trickle out for a couple weeks ahead of time, no rhyme or reason based on majors, etc., and then do a bigger release later in the month. With some luck it will be the 15th but most likely not until the 22nd earliest.
