Hello, I have currently applied as an international student to Texas A&M University and waiting for the results. I applied for chemical engineering and I heard the expectations are comparatively high than other majors. I went through 34 hours and my GPA is 3.89. Is there any chance that I could get admitted to Chemical engineering? How do y’all think?

Has anyone who has been admitted received their financial aid offers yet? All it says on my portal is to check back during awarding season which I’m not sure when that is.
@CoscAggie No I did not have physics done, but I put on the application that I am taking it in the summer.
@masondubs Thanks for letting me know! We have similar stats but I was deferred for spring grades and currently taking physics this semester.
My daughter applied Feb 26 and received her acceptance today. I was shocked that she heard so soon!

My daughters boyfriend applied for fall 2019 with a major of University studies. He applied pretty late (close to the deadline I think). Has anyone heard back from that major yet?

Currently taking 18 hours (12 priority coursework). Considering withdrawing from one elective. I have one W from last semester from out of state university. I’ve been deferred for spring grades. Will dropping an elective class hurt my chances? Thanks!
