I kept trying to turn the volume down every time Brooke whined/screeched, but I couldn’t keep up with it!
What is the reason for U-turning a weak team just because you don’t like them? Maybe they couldn’t agree on which strong team they should U-turn?
I agree they should have Uturned a stronger team. They did that last time there were Uturns. They are acting like teenagers in a clique.

Brooke talking about how Vanck was a “b list” dinner guest will be plenty surprised when she is next.

Meanwhile, during a commercial break, the local TV station was promoting one of the topics on tonight’s news: “How You Can Live Longer” . . . and all I kept thinking was, “just don’t do the Amazing Race with Brooke as a partner!”
Fun episode. So glad it was a non-elimination leg. Loved the gondola outfits! The luggage task looked exhausting. Competing with Brook looks very exhausting. With the exception of Brook I really like everyone. But I don’t think Liz/Mike have a chance. My money is on the boys or Joey/Tara. But I love Becca and Floyd.
Can you even imagine having the “job” of putting these journeys together??? That’s what I want to do when I grow up.
Finally caught up to look at this thread. 
Brooke is a piece of work. Her partner is a saint. Loved when he kept teasing her about the express pass - because it annoyed her!
Glad to see the boys get a win finally. Many of these teams are playing with a lot of heart. It’s amazing to me how well some of them are getting along.
Liz and Mike are awfully lucky to have had two non-elims. Why didn’t they do an extra task the first non-elim??
Just a really enjoyable season with beautiful places they are visiting.
Liz and Mike didn’t have an extra task the first time because it wasn’t really “non-elimination”–it was a “here’s your next clue, you are still racing” situation.
So sorry to see Team Fun go.
^^ I agree. Their enthusiasm and joyful attitude were “fun” to watch. Can’t believe we have to endure another week of Brooke. Even Scott is starting to annoy me.
Sad to lose Team Fun. They had a great attitude and seemed so well suited to each other. Brooke is very annoying. Team Mom and Dad got lucky that leg was non-elimination. I think I am rooting for the boys.
Y’all, I cried when they were eliminated. Not sure who I want to win now.
That was really heartbreaking! I felt so bad for Floyd. Actually, I was afraid that all the teams were going to get heatstroke. Those were definitely not the best kind of challenges in a hot and humid country like Vietnam.
Also sad to see Team Fun go. What a physically brutal leg, especially considering the weather in Viet Nam.
Who else caught the Season 3 flashback to Flo in Vietnam. This is where she had her epic meltdown and almost quit the race.
I noticed the Flo flashback too - seemed very appropriate with Brooke on. Was hoping Brooke would have to do the bike challenge. The meltdown would have been epic.
Yes. I don’t think that the Flo flashback was coincidental.
Yes, sorry to see Team Fun go. Loved their attitude. And felt bad for Floyd and for Becca who likely could have done the challenge easily. Too bad Floyd did not go back and pick up the stuff before going all the way in. He helped London who maybe then could have helped him>
I’m rooting for the boys. They have turned into a very likable team. Matt helped Floyd with balance. And they get along without fighting (although most teams get along well when they are not in a losing position).
Was also happy to hear that the show has been renewed for Season 30!
I don’t really have a favorite team anymore now that Team Fun is gone. The Boys behaved a little like jerks towards Ashton and Vanck at the beginning of the race. This is turning out to be one of those seasons where I am rooting against, rather than for, a team–Brooke and Scott.
Thanks for the info on TAR being renewed for season 30 - I had been wondering about that. Apparently the ratings are up quite a bit this season.
