<p>The teachers will need your help in terms of you giving them a single page synopsis of your achievements, challenges, grades, ECs, course rigor etc. Without that, expecting them to write about you and covering all dimensions is practically impossible. <p>No, I dont think a university as highly ranked as purdue gives aid to internationals.
But they do consider everyone for scholarship. But its really hard.
