I’m a little late to this thread, but I’m glad I found it for myself. Have you considered Georgetown? It’s a Jesuit school, and my daughter really liked it. She absolutely refused to apply to UVA after visiting Georgetown. That was a tough decision for her because we would’ve been in-state. Georgetown and UVA really give off a different vibe. I think my daughter would’ve struggled with some of the same issues your daughter seems to be feeling. My daughter ended up applying to Georgetown instead. Also, another option at this point is for your daughter to apply to McIntire, and if she doesn’t get into business school at UVA, she can transfer somewhere else. We explored this option too. I think somw schools require students to attend two years after the transfer anyway.
