Tuition Exchange for Fall 2024 (Class of 2028)

Very true. I loved reading last years thread where people did exactly this. We will make sure and do so as well.

My son received tuition exchange at Merrimack, Le Moyne and Susquehanna. When did the Scranton notifications come out? We are waiting on that.

Just logged into the tuition exchange site and it showed wait list for Scranton. We didn’t receive any notification from Scranton though so maybe check TE website

Thanks. I just remembered we applied to the CIC program for Scranton, not tuition exchange and they do not have a status page.

Congrats!

This looks like such a cool school. We found it too late but I think my daughter would have applied had we known about it earlier.

We got a letter in the mail before anything else from Scranton.

I may have asked you before but have you visited DePaul yet?

We are planning to on our spring break.

I hope your twin B gets Clark TE. :crossed_fingers:

Thanks! My spouse visited DePaul with our student but I was unable to go. Great report though - hope you enjoy your visit over spring break.

Congrats on the TE awards received so far! Just chiming in as someone who went through this last year. My D was in the same situation with Sarah Lawrence and we never heard from them about the TE award. I finally reached out to them to ask about it and they said “if a student is already receiving an award higher than tuition exchange we advise to keep that award. We do not stack tuition exchange on other merit/grant awards.” My understanding from that email was that since they have limited TE, they won’t consider your student for TE if they are already awarding them the equivalent (or higher) amount through other FA. Hope that’s helpful.

We had Clark email us about this same scenario. They were proactive about it though which was nice.

Thank you! Good to know.

Is there any prior data on Hofstra gpa acceptance for TE?

I don’t remember seeing anything. Have you asked the TE liaison ?

They just said it was really competitive. 100 applications for 4 spots

We haven’t heard a decision on admittance or TE from Monmouth. My students emailed and not heard back at all.
Their program released decisions 2/15 I believe
