Like something about registration deadline has passed? Why does it say “display”- it seems it should show what was sent, no?
thanks-- ours had some message that registration has passed (which sounds like someone else had too), rather than displaying what was sent. Should we assume all is fine and they got the correct doc or does it warrant a phone call?
Was the “display” left over form when you could add to the update portal? That’s what I figured. The information that got filled out how been saved because he went in and updated it a couple of times and the old stuff was there.
No – it previously said EDIT. So today we just checked to confirm all was good and it had the check mark and date and DISPLAY which made me think you could still see it but not edit. Not end of the world, but the weird registration message is just odd and then why have DISPLAY at all there…
Can you check portal and see what it says when you press “DISPLAY” next to the update that was submmited?

Thanks- same here. I just was making sure no glitch since the button says “Display”. I was expecting it to display what we sent. I prefer to be able to see it (even though we can no longer edit)

Does anyone know if there will be any more New Dawgs events scheduled after February 28?
I called a couple of weeks ago and was told that more dates would be announced, but I didn’t ask for a timeline. The 2/28 page says to register to be added to the waitlist, but my DC doesn’t get any email confirming that. I’m not sure the waitlist is available anymore b/c they only get an event full pop up.
Yes. There’s 3 more: 3/20, 4/9, 5/22. The dates were posted on the school excuse form that we received at the first one.

We did a regular tour instead (which was very well done!), and my daughter contacted a few professors directly (by email) to ask if she could sit in on specific classes that she had selected after looking at the online course schedule. She also talked to the administrative assistant for her major department, who arranged for her to have lunch with a student ambassador.
I’m sure the New Dawgs events are great, but a more personalized visit may be even more useful for some students.

Hi Everyone! It looks to me like there is currently space available for the New Dawgs events on both this Friday (Feb 28) and March 20th!
Does anyone know if they will have a New Dawgs event in April?
Someone a few posts above said there should be one on April 9.

Does everyone think UGA will wait until 3/31 to release deferred student decisions or historically speaking could they release them sooner? It’s so hard to be patient!
I think last year they released on March 15… (FWIW)
Also, considering EA came out so early, we should hope they could release RD early!
Last year though they announced decision date would be Friday 3/15 on Monday 2/19. Considering it’s already 2/26, I’m wondering if it’s going to be later this year. Which isn’t great since we have to commit in order to choose housing at other schools mid March. Still hoping though it will be 3/14 this year. 
They announced 3/14 as release date.
