Son applied on 12/15 and also received acceptance today. Also, do not see any buttons on the mobile app either / the document referenced in the email says “not available yet” (possibly no awards).
OOS, UWGPA 3.94, Top 7% class rank, mostly AP w/test scores (4s). No SAT/ACT test score submitted. Solid, diverse ECs, but very limited leadership.
Turns out that the “acceptance” was for a regional, not Pittsburgh, campus. So, not such a surprise or an option for her. Good luck to all others.
When does Pitt have to notify by? Been waiting for rolling since October 1st
A quick question - My daughter just received her Pitt scholarship offer today. When she logged in to the Pitt Portal she went to view Financial Aid - its says the offer and then in the next field it says accepted. It shows that it was accepted. We have not accepted anything, we just saw it today. We selected the Accept/Decline button (under financial aid) and it does not allow us to do anything. Is this normal?

Congrats on her offer! When did she receive her acceptance? My daughter got accepted into Dietrich for PoliSci a couple of weeks ago, and I’m trying to gauge if there’s a standard lag between acceptances and offers of financial aid.

University Scholarship showed up in Pitt portal this morning. No email or notification of the update.
Merit based $15k per year. Maintains 3.0 and it will renew for 4 years.
No notification on Honors yet.

The college does that. My sons scholarship also says accepted even though he hasn’t made his decision.

Son got the buttons today. The buttons don’t seem to specify a campus. Can you assume the Pittsburgh campus? I had heard that, but it does not seem clear…
Yes, that means Pittsburgh campus. From what people have posted, the other campuses are designated on the buttons. My son’s did not specify and he was accepted to Pittsburgh campus. Congrats.
My daughter was accepted 12/11 and still no news of merit. Wondering if only those who submit test scores receive merit? She has received some nice offers from other schools, but really likes Pitt.

My daughter was accepted to the Dietrich School of arts and sciences. Under plan/major it says Pre HPA. Can someone tell me what that means? My daughter filled out this application & im worried.
