Agreed that the financial award letter is a bit more confusing than others we have received. This is the first time I’ve seen Parents Plus loans included (we will not be taking those) in addition to the 5,500 fed direct unsubsized loan I guess every student can take regardless of need.

$10,000 merit. OOS TO. 3.69 UGPA 4.64 WGPA Definitely puts Tampa higher on his list. So exciting. Congratulations to all

My daughter got 16K, Business, OOS, SAT 1380, unweighted GPA 3.65, weighted around 4.5

They gave me daughter $10K in merit. She is business-OOS. We definitely have to take a hard look at it now.

Has anyone had any mention of the Honor’s program? Cant find anything about it in acceptance. Kind of thought my daughter met the requirements.

Daughter, OOS, Test Optional, 3.75 UW received Presidential Merit Scholarship, $16k per year.

Is that what they think FAFSA will give?
So confusing because I know from my older child we don’t get anything from FAFSA.

We keep checking my daughter’s portal to see if the status goes blank in anticipation of a decision coming out today. It is still showing Awaiting Decision. Hopefully that just means that Tampa isn’t one of the schools that wipes the status out a few hours before a decision comes out. I seriously don’t think she will survive another week of this waiting.
