I think decisions came out until the 3rd week of February last year. Might go insane in that case lol
im starting to think either wed or friday
For any particular reason? I was thinking similiar but just curious
I saw someone who said their son was accepted on Feb 15th last year so I wouldn’t lose hope yet
I saw something about someone hearing on a Wednesday after the initial round so I was kind of thinking the same thing as well.
I also keep looking to see if a new Spring 2026 application pops up because some people mentioned they saw that when the were deferred to the Spring before anything else came out.
hoping some come out today. normally around noon right?
My D25 just texted me to say it’s after 12 and it still says awaiting decision so I kind of think if anything goes out this week it may not be until Friday.
Has anyone recieved a financial aid email yet? The site said the email usually comes w/in 72 hours of the decision.
nothing yet
Id be so shocked if nothing comes out again by Friday.
Nope
No, my son hasn’t received a merit email either. It does say something abt 72 hrs so I would “assume” not including weekends, btw today & Friday. Hopefully.
My son had a financial aid letter which said “Total Aid: $0”. Then it said “Parent Plus loan : $54366, Student unsubsidized loan: $5500”
I am assuming any merit would have been included.
Received the presidential scholarship of $16k/yr. Makes UT very attractive.
My daughter also received a UT presidential scholarship - hers is 12k/yr which seems like a generous award considering she was test optional. It puts it on the same page as her in state publics (Penn State / Pitt) at 20Kish tuition. Good luck to all awaiting merit!
Received the presidential scholarship of 16k/yr as well. Makes the college enticing. Is there any admitted days yet? Need to visit.
Where did you find this information?
She received an email that her financial aid award was available and she viewed it through SpartanStart portal; Finanial Aid offer tab
Ah I see it in the portal. $8k I think. The letter is a little confusing.
