7th semester grades would be mid year grades of Senior year.
9th Grade Sem 1 and 2
10th Sem 3 and 4
11th Sem 5 and 6
So if it says add 7th that means update your classes and grades vis STAR as of half year mark of this year.

Agreed. Now Iām wishing I asked the admissions counselor if everyone (deferred or accepted) has to submit the updated SRAR in order for them to calculate the final UT Core GPA, since it does say something about āreportingā 8th semester grades.

Same here. But I didnāt look at the portal this morning. Looked about an hour ago for the first time.
My daughter has high stats also so rejection seems unlikely.
The confetti seemed to vanish around 9 AM. I looked at 8 AM and it was not there.
Is it possible these are differals ? and if they ask for 7th semester grades its an acceptance? Plus the confetti could have been taken out and the 7th semester grades were never added because of the error with the confetti

I just called the one stop student services, and they told me that a decision will come sooner rather than later and probably today or tomorrow. They are wrapping up the final processes, and to just keep looking at the students email. There will not be a date announced it will just be a random email.

It looks like they are getting the acceptance boxes shipped out/ready to ship as well because we got the tracking number in our list of upcoming packages from our USPS informed delivery email today. If your/your childās portal changed this morning this could be another way to be more certain that an acceptance is coming.

My apologies. Portal changed to include NetID and Admitted major (and a background change, but that was very subtle and not the animated confetti).

As of right now is there a message about 7th semester grades on your daughters portal?
She does not see any message about 7th semester grades.
When my D22 applied and was admitted, I remember many of her peers were deferred to RD and then admitted.

I would think so because it seemed to imply that final merit awards would be based on final GPA/Test Scores and they mentioned something about even hearing about more $$ awarded after the May 1 deadline if kids updated their SRAR. I know if you enroll you send them your actual final official transcript.
This is so crazy, per someoneās suggestion I looked at USPS informed delivery appā¦and see a package label made from Knoxville this amā¦
