Someone called and they were told “decisions will come out later this month but we don’t know the exact date yet.” Pretty sure they’d say the same thing if you ask how the weather is lol

With [boymombcs23] showing her admitted student links under her events with everything else gone, my faith in the Admitted Tours hack showing the major is down to 1.0999% from an earlier 99%
I knew i should not trust IT guys , I work in IT myself.
I think it makes sense that ONLY if you are officially admitted that they show admitted tours under there. All those dates shown are the ones those that did the hack had to choose from . I think those populate after an official acceptance
I had the same thought, but the fact some applicants’ second major was shown makes me think it could still mean something. Who knows

a) Portal is still updating
Or
b) UTK screwed up the logic again and shows for some and not for others
Or
c) UTK is reading our posts and punishing us

I took my kids down there to Tennessee in November just to see the campus etc. and get a tour. They loved it. I think UTK unlike other big city colleges has a great campus , safe and vibrant and conducive to a great college experience.

It’s almost 6 and still no announcement on social media…maybe they wiped the portals so there isn’t an admitted major and background reveal the morning of like last time

Also, I think Wednesday is an odd day to release decisions. I would think Thursday or Friday.
I am getting tired of these sleepless nights 
They were accepting additional information - updates and teacher recs - until Friday the 16th. I’m thinking they won’t be complete until next week with decisions.

According to the IT person someone spoke with, all decisions were made by the 18th. But also a reminder to take that info with a heavy grain of salt because no one can really know, as stated by OP
