I am in state and I submitted mine 2 weeks ago and still haven’t heard back. Do they inform their decision via email? Thank you.

I submitted my intention to join the waitlist on March 12th but when I went back to the form site, it shows it blank and ready to submit again, I even received a confirmation email stating that I had joined the waitlist. Should I fill out the form again?
FYI - I created a discussion separately to track CS Direct-Admit appeal responses.
i was waitlisted and sent in my appeal on april 4th and just got an email saying it was not approved 
does anyone know if its still possible for me to get off the waitlist even though my appeal was denied?
We are the exact same! I am also waitlisted and sent my appeal in early April and just got an email saying I am denied.

I submitted my appeal on March 27 and I got an email now saying my appeal was not approved :/// (I’m in-state). At this point I’m getting very discouraged… Like UW Seattle is my dream school… Anyways I hope I still have a chance to get off the waitlist. Does anyone know of in-state ppl that got their appeal denied but eventually got off the waitlist

@UWtash Haha yes I am oos! I called the admissions office and they said getting your appeal denied does not affect your chances of getting off of the waitlist so I guess that’s good. I’m still hopeful but who knows what’s gonna happen at this point 
True, good luck to you! I am trying to not get too discouraged but I literally would not want to go anywhere else so it would really help if they can come back with a decision before may
What were your basis for appeal if you don’t mind my asking? I submitted a few days ago and I’m getting nervous.
@perksofbeing I called the admissions office and asked for some areas I can improve on to present a stronger application. they said I needed to talk more about my activities, so that’s what I focused on. Didn’t work anyway I guess. Good luck to you!

Hey! I think you should fill out the form again. My appeal got rejected too but when I clicked the link, it showed the “thank you for submitting the form” page, instead of a blank form.
