Has anyone looked at their RIS lately? If so, did your major change?
I think some RD decisions will be released today, but I’m not sure either. Hope some come out today.
Although UT San Antonio and UT Arlington are the most popular CAP schools, UT El Paso, UT Tyler, UT Rio Grande Valley, and UT Permian Basin also offer CAP. The only UT undergraduate campus that does not participate in CAP is UT Dallas.

I don’t know about the canvas message is but I think the posts regarding being able to see the registration information sheet being a sign of getting admitted my not be accurate. She said if it’s true most of her high school class will be going to UT. Hope to be proven wrong! Good Luck everyone!

Do you all think EA decisions are coming out today and not next Friday?
I JUST CHECKED MY RIS AND MY MAJOR CHANGED TO “Liberal Arts, Undeclared”!!! Someone, please tell me that this isn’t the major that they decided for me. My third choice wasn’t even Liberal Arts—it was Journalism…
liberal arts is the school so it could be that instead. BTW what is RIS?

Journalism is in Moody, not Liberal Arts.

Where do you find your major information?
My daughter’s did also. It was previously showing her chosen major and now shows the same as yours. She is also Auto Admit. Hopefully it is just an error🤞
My daughter told me that she still has “Bad 1000 Data”. She is really frustrated.

It’s probably not an accurate major information… but go to my.utexas.edu, log in, click ACADEMICS tab, scroll down and click Registration Informa…, choose Fall 2021 from drop down menu, scroll down to Advising Information.
