For sure. My d applied for animal science. We are still waiting to hear whether she got in or not. She’s already in at tech and Colorado State. She plans on eventually being a vet like her aunt!
Where on the portal would it show me if I was a priority applicant?
It says u have met the priority deadline
That’s amazing. A&M sends out acceptances allllll the way to April, so hang in there. Two years ago, my son was accepted in October and his best friend in MARCH!!! If you get Blynn team “TEAM” at A&M, grab it!!!
We’re still waiting to here from A&M as well. He’s already in at Tech & UTD…we’re visiting Tech for admitted students day on Feb 19.
Very similar stats for my daughter. Rejected COE OOS WA too, but waiting to hear from other schools.
Not everyone.

Does fine arts hear back later or something?
All good options. (I also have 3 boys!)
Rejected - McCombs
OOS CA
ACT 35
GPA 4.6
not super surprised as we where told ahead of time that UT is very competitive for out of state students.
Congrats to all those who were accepted and my thoughts for those who were “capped” go to a school that wants you.
I wondered the same thing - how would 40 Acres know who got in and who didn’t?
Does fine arts hear back later? Please if someone knows let me know
did anyone get deferred from engineering honors today?? i just did and i’m so confused
Would it say that on the right side?
GO TO A&M
CAP fills up within minutes
Does ut defer regular decision? Literally so confused
has any architecture applicants gotten accepted? my portal changed to saying my app will be reviewed again and a decision will be released by march 1. I’m wondering if this means I’m deferred or is this a general message to all arch peeps. thanks!
Just got rejected. OOS, 1540 SAT, 4.0 unweighted, 4.58 weighted, school doesn’t rank. Varsity athlete, club leadership, and have a part time job. Pretty discouraged at this point.
My son received PACE this afternoon…I was surprised. Thought he would get CAPPED.
He has huge scholarships from Baylor, TCU/Honors College Admission, SMU, Trinity, Southwestern. TAMU…
Wow! UMichigan’s business school is really tough to get into. Good for you, you’ll do great. Were you rejected to BHP or UT/McCombs? Or both? I can’t believe you didn’t get into UT/McCombs with those stats, but what do I know.
