Honestly. This year sucks and it feels so bad that even after putting in so much effort, we can only really hope for the best. I personally don’t like leaving things up to luck.

Callaway is uber expensive. What is the appeal of these off-campus private dorms? Is on-campus housing just not nice at all that students go off for privates?
I did look at Castillion also which is cheaper and the Crest. All from same company. Where do more freshman and some out of state students go to more?

Nicer, huge rooms, maid service, better amenities, swimming pools, full fitness centers and more.

Meal plan is included in the dorm but you can only eat at that dorm. They will pack to go meals for lunch however. My kid didn’t like the food so I had to buy some bevo bucks but some like it. I forgot how many meals a week it is but it’s plenty.

Appeal deadline is March 15, so make sure you get that in. There is info on what the appeal process is on the school website.
