I think UT’s way of releasing is really stressful. I wish they had a single date to let everyone know, like other schools. My son applied October 4 and I think that really helped with getting results this afternoon. Hopefully tomorrow will still be a big wave… so hard to keep waiting

My son was accepted into McCombs today from OOS. He has a 34 ACT, 4.0 unweighted GPA, 4.5 weighted GPA. 3 year varsity athlete, president of a few clubs. Lots of volunteer work.

Marching band, DECA, NHS and lots of clubs with many leadership positions in all these activities

Any CNS Non-auto admits for biology today? Really stressed that I wasn’t in this wave 
My twins are in! I’m so excited! One is auto admit. She got into McCombs, the other is not AA, and she got into CNS. I cannot believe we heard back so soon for both of them. Their brother was an auto admit last year who did not hear until end of January and he did not get his major. He wanted Mechanical Engineering and got put into civil engineering.

I just got into the UT Austin Red McCombs School of Business EA. Still waiting to hear about honors.
I’m an out of state admit from Los Angeles.

3.7/4.3 GPA
1310 SAT not submitted since I know I could do better

Started a professional photography company
