UT Austin Class of 2025 — Regular Decision

The biggest indicator will be the “MyUT” access. Somehow they load the MyUT access before you can see application status update. May be due to the January waves are too massive for different departments to handle. I was told by an admission staff last month that generally January admits 60-70% of all students. I visited the campus last year I was surprised how small the admission team for such a big university.

Can you see UT courses cataloque?

access to what on “MyUT”?

Are there rejections normally this early?

I have access to this MyUT page: Sign in with your UT EID - Stale Request. I suspect all applicants might get this.

Yes, I have access to this too. I was wondering if they were referencing a specific part of the page that they had access to which would indicate something.

The webpage is probably accessible for everyone, and does mean anything related to admission.

Yep. We received an email saying that they needed more information on my financials. The acceptance came the following day.

Yes hoping so. She also has access to MyUT now which I don’t believe she had before

I can see a couple more items on the “MyUT” page on the right-hand side under the “Important Info” section. Secure Academic Notes and Financial aid Notifications, which were not there 2 days ago.

i have that too

Here is where you may see your financial aid if admitted. My son’s shows “not eligible” as he has no record as an admitted student.

My son was accepted to McCombs December 10 but got an email about financial aid two days ago. He’s still hoping to hear from CBHP.

where do you see the “be a longhorn section” ? Is it on the “myUT access” page?

when you are in MyStatus (admissions page) you can look to the upper left corner and you will see a tab that says UT Direct, when you click on that it takes you to “my be a longhorn”

My S21 received an email from UT Austin fin aid office 2 days ago indicating his fafsa is processed successfully and they would contact him if they need more information. Is this the fin aid email are you all referring to?
