Did anyone get something on My Status that says
“ATTENTION” your file is in review
We’re currently reviewing your application for admission and will have your decision on this page once it’s made. Has anyone’s portal changed to that?
Did that message replace the old “Your application for admission is in review. We have all the items we need…” or was it an addition? My portal does not have that message anywhere, sadly.
As an auto admit, mine says -
"Congratulations (Name)! You’ve been automatically admitted to the Class of 2025 at The University of Texas at Austin.
Your application is still being considered for admission to your requested major.
Your freshman application completed on (Date)
You’ve met our priority application deadline.
If you indicated that you want your test score to be used in the holistic review process, your official test score(s) will need to be received by November 9 to be considered as part of your admissions application.
Do any auto admits see something different?

do we think it’s possible to expect a wave today? I believe last year there was one batch of acceptances in January that was released on a Tuesday so im wondering if we may have one today. waiting is literally sooo hard! 
also do you guys think the fact that UT isn’t open yet affects when decisions are released? I think I heard that UT doesn’t reopen until Jan 19, so I’m wondering if we have to wait until then to hear about admissions. Does anyone know if that’s the case, or if they’ll still send out acceptances even if they’re closed?
I’ve honestly just told myself I’m never getting my decision so at this point whatever. But it would be nice if it came out today or at least this week 
While the students do not have classes, the university reopened Jan 4 for all administrative functions so definitely the AOs are there working and definitely likely to have releases while current students are not in classes. That said, UT enjoys a mystery and will keep us all in the dark about when those releases will be.

No, it’s all speculation based on no facts. Students who have already been admitted still have the Bad Data error.

Maybe UT should just release all EA decisions on January 15 like Purdue is? Florida releases in a large batch too.

Same with my auto-admit daughter. She also has this in the find out more link “As soon as we make a decision about your major, we’ll post it to the MyStatus Admission tab and mail you a letter with details.”
