my son has the same message only showed up today.
yes, it’s on the top right but it used to be on the top of the page also I believe. The same message comes up for my daughter as well when she tries to click on one of the classes - it says “Canvas doesn’t have an account for user”. Not sure what it means
I have the same message, the “No user found on Canvas” it popped up immediately as I signed in

May be we all hear good news at 5 pm today 
My son (OOS/ACT 35/3.85GPA/Engineering App) got an invite to a webinar about the honors program in November but is still waiting to hear. It said on the invite that only some students were invited to the webinar? Did anyone else get that? It feels like a good sign but then waves of acceptances have come and gone…

I think it’s a rejection too. Oh well. I’m at a point now where, as a parent, I just want my daughter to know, good or bad. It’ll sting if it’s a rejection, but she’ll survive. Knowing is better than not knowing. I’m looking forward to Friday.

My son is auto-admit. It’s the same error for him as well. Even if they don’t give him his choice of major, they have to offer him something.

My daughter got that invite, for CBHP. OOS and still waiting. I’m thinking we all should hear by Friday. Her classmate (Priority, CBHP,OOS) hasn’t heard back either. Lets see.
Also, I read somewhere that these invites for Honors program don’t indicate a probability of higher acceptance.

I’m not convinced that this means rejection, for the last wave some people didn’t get RIS access until the day of at 5:15! I think there’s still hope.

Someone on the UT subreddit just said that this could mean nothing, that it only changed because it’s the start of a new semester.

I don’t think it means rejection. I’m a priority auto-admit still waiting for the decision on my major, but I’m basically admitted to UT whether or not I get into my major. I tried to log in to Canvas via MyUT after seeing y’all talking about this and it also says for me: “Canvas doesn’t have an account for user: XXX###”. In fact, I never had access to Canvas considering that OnRamps Canvas is different from the Canvas that actual UT students use (looks exactly the same but it’s different). I’m pretty sure everyone here applying to UT was never an actual UT student before (since you are applying to become one which probably means you never were one) so if you get that message, it’s probably not a rejection. If it is rejection, it looks like they’ll have to take my auto-admit away!

All, Canvas means nothing.
If you pay attention few weeks back, there was a message stating “Canvas cannot be accessed”, it was simply because of Winter Break. UT resumed classes yesterday and all current students had canvas detail.
Those have not received decision yet don’t think too much about the canvas, it is for enrolled students.
