no, and my D is in-state and expecting an auto admit. she applied near the deadline (for CS) and still waiting on the autoadmit. we don’t expect to hear back about the major until later.
Sorry if this has been asked…for OOS applicants who applied prior to Nov 1, are acceptances rolling and if so what is the rolling notification period (is it now - March)? Thanks!!!

Acceptances are rolling out in waves until Spring. Mostly small waves now, then bigger waves come in January, and smaller ones after that. Each wave can include any major except for Fine Arts students who are close to last because of auditions and portfolio reviews.

They send email saying your status has changed and directing you to check your portal.

Not necessarily. We are suggested to check portal periodically. For us, we received the email of acceptance after the portal status has been changed.

My son’s portal changed to show his acceptance when he checked it last Friday morning. He got the email about it Friday afternoon around 3.

Nope.
Definitely not expecting to find out this early, was a happy surprise! I believe that application was completed early to mid October.
