Last year most decision dropped at 5:40pm on 1/30
Right but I’m wondering if there’s any reason to think it’s the 30th as opposed to the last Monday in January….
I am thinking, UT is going to start getting consistent and release majority of decisions on the 30th unless it falls on a Saturday or Sunday. In that case it might be the Friday before that. I might be completely wrong, but something in their patterns just make me feel it will be tomorrow.

This is my thinking as well. I think it will always be 1/30 or the Friday before if that is a weekend.
the website is slow to load today, at least for me. keeping fingers crossed
It has been doing that sometimes for that past month. I have no idea why. Makes me worried it will crash when everything does come out.

My DD’s mid-year transcript loaded 1/27. This is the same day the counselor uploaded it to the Common App for another school.
My sister did them. An alum called her over zoom and they talked. That’s was round one. My advice: be yourself

Did anyone know the acceptance rate for OOS? is it very low for engineering?
It’s definitely less than 10% but I don’t think UT releases that information publicly

I think OOS acceptance rate in general is below 10% - was watching a video last night discussing that. My daughter is OOS as well for education, keeping fingers crossed, but realize the reach.
I would assume VERY low
I believe the acceptance rate for OOS is 8%.
