@LaVolpe oh most definitely haha I have a friend who’s dad donated 500k and she’s a legacy both mom and dad and she got in early action obviously she’s extremely smart and number 12 in her class but that definitely helped

I guess that’s great for picking apples at the grocery store, but it’s the lazy way to do admission work.
Holistic admission means you look at ALL pieces of the application when making your decision. Academics, testing, essays, involvement…it all factors into the decision.

@“Dean J” Why is it that only parents can earn you legacy status? Neither of my parents went to college, but I’ve had other family there. Never really got the requirement that it be parents over, say, grandparents.
