The original AO is an assigned regional AO. I don’t see a need to remove this person from one’s portal before decisions are announced.

The logic could be that you don’t need to contact your regional AO if you are accepted or rejected… but they don’t have to optimize their process through removing a regional AO’s contact from the portal.
This is quite minor in terms of optimization.

I wish we had a non skewed sample because everyone here is cracked. There’s def much higher percentage of ppl wl/accepted to these colleges on here

Repeatable admission processes automated by a backend system should yield consistent results, but special situations could be handled differently, and system defects may also lead to inconsistent system behaviors. So, don’t count on portal astrology anyways, we’ll know the results later today.

My friend was accepted ED and she still has her AO before her decision . same for my other classmate who was a Danforth scholar. Idk if this is a system error
