there was nothing to give anything away during ED. They seem to run a well oiled machine over there.
Additionally, anyone scratching their heads over admissions rep disappearances if you remember their names then look them up on LinkedIn. In the past when things like this happened it simply ended up that the person moved departments within WashU. Once applications are decided on, there is opportunity to branch out into another role at WashU so this has been proven to be the case in the past when others noticed changes to assigned Representatives on the portal.
Actually for Pomona, if your AO stated the same, you were accepted. But the real ātellā was whether you could register for admitted students say. Maybe an admitted student can post the link for admitted students day?
Itās the same 2 for my daughter that have been there all along. No change. WashU likes our high school and has a good history of yielding top students.
once you pick a date to enroll in Bear Days they remove the link.
since launching the dates for ED rounds they filled up quickly and they have added more opportunities to visit. no idea what those added options were because again, once you pick a date your admissions portal only provides you with details specific to YOU.
Iām serious when I say they are so on top of things there - there is no way to share anything unless it has been provided to you specifically.
just reloaded the page and lost my optional supplement submitted section⦠anyone else?? eta: still have schoolhouse world submission received section and both AOs
They could be starting to upload decisions so that could be why it is changing now. But it seems quite late for them to change it this dramatically as mine was like this for awhile now. I think ever since they emailed that my app was complete
FWIW did not expect it as early as it came for EDI so it was a total surprise that the email to check portal for an update came much earlier than expected. Was thinking more like 6EST but again it was a Friday and I had learned later they decided to release before sundown to accommodate those who break at sundown.
Hoping I get in, this stress is starting to get to me. BTW are you an admitted student? If so did you get an financial aid decision the same day along with decision?
