No portal updates either?
This is what someone said on Reddit:
Hey guys, wanna give the signature scholarship applicants some good news. I called admissions and they said all decisions will come out today on the Pathway portal throughout the day. He said it depends on each scholarship separately when they decide to publish decisions, but it will definitely be today
So far no email or portal update thoughā¦
I wonder if that was just Signature or if it also includes the Academic.
It includes Academic. My kids got a call yesterday, and are expecting the email and portal change now.
People received calls for the academic department scholarships, non-Signature? Thanks.

My student canāt check his email while heās at school. Curious what the emails say - do they give more info than what was given over the phone?

NM. Child was able to see email after all. Does anyone else think itās odd they have a meet n greet for a Friday night? My student literally has plans for all of the days of all of the events - except for the interview. Wonder if that will hurt his chances.

My D24 received an email from admissions saying āā¦ Our committees were moved by the stories shared and impressed by the achievements earned by each applicantā¦ While you have not been named a scholar, youāve provided us the opportunity to get to know you and better understand why you feel WashU is the school for you.ā Seemed that they referred to the signature scholar programs by saying all these. Is a school-level scholarship winner considered/named a āscholarā under WashU terms? Iām just curiousā¦

Has there been a definitive answer about whether all of the Ampersand scholarship recipients have been contacted?
Iām not sure we will know that unless and until they do something like update the portal message.

Just checking in to see if any Finalists/Scholars have gotten portal updates yet.
I guess also whether anyone has gotten an email or other information that they did NOT get an Academic Scholarship, similar to the email sent to people who applied for but were not Signature Scholarship Finalists. It would not necessarily make sense to send an email (since everyone was considered), but maybe some sort of portal update will replace the Academic Scholarship placeholder originally in the portal.
Wouldnāt that be nice? The uncertainty of did I miss a call, did I miss an email, was there even an email, etc. is frustrating.
