Auto-complete of member names when tagged with @ seems to be gone

Until today I could begin typing a member name to tag them, like @ohmomof2 and after the first letter or two suggestions popped up (saving me from having to remember how to type a username that has spaces in it, or one like “SomeWord745236”).

Today the auto-complete suggestions are not appearing. I just tried Firefox (I use Chrome normally) and no dice there either.

is it only me?

^ As you can see if I do type the entire username, the tag appears after I post it. I am referring only to the disappearance of the auto-complete feature (and perhaps related, no highlight until the post is published).

@OHMomof2 The autocomplete is working for me.

@OHMomof2 Your name came up for me as soon as I typed “H.” Using Chrome.

OK, I’ll restart my computer etc etc and report back - thanks!

Nope, still that feature is gone. This is my laptop, I’ll try my phone next.

@ohmomof2

Nope doesn’t work on my phone either.

Same as @skieurope, I was also able to find your username once I typed H.

@OHMomof2 works for me!

@OHMomof2 came up right away for me too.

Ok I’m stumped. Especially since it’s (not) happening across multiple browsers and devices.

Appreciate everyone testing.

Hey, it’s not working for me, either!

predictive user auto-complete works for me on iPhone (Safari and Firefox), PC Firefox, and PC Chrome

It works on my iPhone 6 right now. But it has been spotty recently, sometimes it doesn’t work.

Sometimes I have to delete the name and start again. The second time I start typing the screenname, it appears…when using @.

@OHMomof2 try that.

I just did your tag and like the others, your screenname popped up after OH.

iPad user.

I tried that and it’s still not working. I’m on my desktop computer on Chrome.

For me it usually works, sometimes on the second try, but there are random times it doesn’t work at all.

I haven’t had problems in the past, but I do now. It doesn’t work, period.

@CCadmin_Sorin, any thoughts?

I am not able to replicate this, guys. It works fine for me. Is the issue happening on a specific browser? Thanks!
