Wait guys, what even is the purpose of the LOCI even if when they are selecting off the waitlist, they are going to simply select students based on what they need (Ex. another soccer playing communications major). Wouldnât the LOCI technically just not mean anything to them?
I think if two students are very similar, one with the demonstrated interest would probably be selected

The loci could include new meaningful activities, say a major award or some other extended hobbies/extracurriculars not included in the original application, so it could in theory add new traits to your profile and make you become the one they need to make the class.
I heard that Cornell gave out some transfer options already but havenât had an official wave
