I cannot reproduce the issue (on either mobile or desktop), but I alerted the tech team.
Try reading a thread where you haven’t read 100 posts.

@CC_Sorin - I’m still having the jumping around issue in long threads too but it’s been significantly better.
New for me is the site going totally blank (on my MacBook). Restarting the page is not helping. I have to close out entirely and re-type the address.
My notifications are also still not working. I’ll read all the new posts and there is a very very long lag in the blue number disappearing or changing, or it doesn’t go away at all.
And the red flags are disappearing from my notification, even when the flag hasn’t been cleared yet.

The tech team looked into the issue and they concluded this latest thing both you and @thumper1 reported is not related to the bigger issue that was affecting a lot of users on mobile. I passed on your latest description, but so far they look at these instances as user-specific issues.
I’ll get back once I have more news.

That happens to me all the time. I have to scroll up to the red line of my last visit.
Yup. Same for me.
This has been happening to me on Facebook, but not here. I googled the problem and a suggestion was to clear my history and that worked for about a day.
@skieurope, @momofboiler1, can you please clear your cache and see if the issue persists? I am not able to replicate it and want to complete this step before I report it to the tech team. Thanks!
Update: the tech team was able to replicate some of these issues and they are working on fixing them. I will update you once I hear more.

Unreadable on both my iPhone and iPad this morning. It defaults to posts a few days ago and when I go to latest, as soon as I start scrolling it jumps back. It was ok on one short thread of only 3 posts but anything else, impossible.

It’s not great on my iPhone, completely unreadable on my iPad (fine yesterday).
I’m having issues again too. Not as bad on the laptop but not great either.

Seems ok on my phone for now 
Got confirmation that the issue should be resolved now. The tech team is still investigated the issues reported yesterday below.
The jumping around is not resolved for me on my laptop.
It seems OK for me now on my iPad.
