I have closed out of this forum, and Safari, and turned off my iPad every single night. This problem still persists. Like I said…I have it figured out…but what would a new user do?

@SJ2727 if it works fine for you on an IPad, what did you do on your end to fix it?

Nothing from my end - it resolved itself (or rather I guess whatever fix the programmers did worked)

Frustrating… bizarre that it works for some but not others using the same device/browser.
