Is anyone else reopening a thread and having to scroll past a page or two of previously read posts instead of being taken to the last one you read?
Whoa, the scrunching together of lines, when typing a reply, doesn’t seem any better to me.
REALLY annoying- for the last few days when on my phone an ad runs on the bottom 20% or so of the screen- yes I am
Logged in but the ad is there and often won’t respond to close when I try to hit then”x”, or if it closes it comes right back if I change to another thread. Please make this stop!!!
@jym626, we are not able to replicate this. Is anyone else getting that ad when logged in?

It’s not universal; not getting it here on iPhone 8/Safari with ad blocker turned off: One small ad near the top (College of Pharmacy), and one large ad (Study in Germany) near the middle after scrolling. But I know it’s maddening when gremlins strike.
The ad may be a local ad as thats the one that continues to pop up
I just sent another- the response from vonlost is on top- the ad is not he bottom. Only happens on my iphone 8. Not my ipad!

Had to come here and see if the scrunching together of text in a reply box is an “improvement” - it’s VERY scrunched! Is there a happy medium between what we had before and this ??
Just wanted to say that I wish there was a way to get off a thread that you are no longer interested in being part of… that would be a feature to fix/update/add.
I also had the Home Depot ad yesterday on my iPhone. @jym626 and I are in the same area if that matters!
Yup- that was it! A Home Depot ad!
@ASKMother Have you checked your notification settings? Do you have the thread bookmarked? You shouldn’t necessarily need to “get off” a thread unless you have things set to keep you in the loop.
@doschicos – I am having the same problem as @ASKMother. I am still receiving notifications for threads that I have now unfollowed. I am guessing this is a glitch since the relaunch, as I never had that problem before.
I cannot find a list of the threads I have bookmarked, but I can see that the little flag opposite the thread title is not darkened, so I don’t know why I continue to receive notifications. Also cannot figure out where one should go to inquire about this.
You can set up notifications for threads you do not have bookmarked.
Go to your profile…and then settings…and notifications.
Thanks @thumper1, but I haven’t changed anything in settings, so I don’t know why I continue to receive notifications on threads I am no longer following.
Notifications just gives me the list of threads I have been following or where I have been tagged. If I go to Edit Profile, then to Preferences, I see the usual checklist offering to be notified via email, pop-up, or both. That still does not provide a list of the threads I have bookmarked OR fix the problem of receiving notifications on threads that I no longer have bookmarked.
I am viewing this on a desktop. Perhaps the mobile version is different?
@CT1417 Is “Notify me when people comment on discussions I’ve participated in.” checked (or any other similar boxes) or are any of the boxes below “You can follow individual categories and be notified of all posts within them.” checked?
