Issues with Mozilla Firefox on CC Site

I recently switched browsers to Mozilla Firefox. Usually it works just fine on the CC forums site, however, I’ve noticed that some links, like those under “Ask the Dean” where you have to select a link to see WHAT DID “THE DEAN” SAY, do not work in Firefox. I tried it in Chrome and it worked fine.

Another area that does not work in Mozilla is if you select the link to “ARTICLES” - it opens a page and includes the header, but the content is blank.

I work in IT, and we typically test to see if our software works consistently with various browsers. I don’t know if that’s a priority for you, but just wanted to make sure you were aware that Firefox does not appear to be working in some portions of your site.

Flagging @CCadmin_Sorin

I am on Windows 7 if that is relevant - recently tried to update to Windows 10, but had an issue so that’s currently on hold

Thanks for reporting, @college_query! I was able to replicate this issue and have created an internal ticket. I’ll keep you posted.

Regarding browser market share, https://netmarketshare.com/browser-market-share.aspx suggests that Chrome has the biggest share (>60%) in both desktop/laptop and mobile.

In desktop/laptop, IE and Firefox are the only others with over 10%, with Edge and Safari following just under 5%.

In mobile, Safari is in second place at over 25%, with everything else under 3% (and some China market browsers show up in the top ten).
