I know someone test optional who was accepted with much lower stats. Maybe it’s because of your location? Maybe they thought a student from CA wouldn’t actually come to Ohio? In any case, I’m sorry. My daughter is still waiting after 7pm. Fingers XX

Deferred Computer Science. In-State. 3.5 GPA. 31 ACT. College Credit Plus. Extra-Curriculars. Not the best stats but not the worst. Anyone get deferred in the past and got admitted in March?

Son Denied…3.7 test optional - was expected but still sucks….older son is there and loves it at Fisher and their Fisher Futures program. There are ways to become a Buckeye as a transfer so will discuss that with him. Congrats to those that are Buckeyes.

Admitted for psych….to Mansfield branch. Pretty disappointed

So sorry. It is hard. My husband keeps telling me it will work out the way it is supposed to. This process was so much easier with our first born. He got into early action to the only school he cared about. Best of luck to you all!

Congrats to your D22! Three schools in common 
Miami seems to be a good choice for your D. My D22 likes OSU ever since she had a campus tour last fall. We are waiting for more results including some regular ones (March). I think it will come down to money when it comes to the school selection in the end.

My daughter did not get in Columbus campus for dental hygiene. In-state.
if it says “Business” she is direct admit. I clarified that with OSU when my daughter’s said the same…it took a couple of weeks to get the physical letter from Fisher.

Still waiting…and it looks like the most recent posts aren’t the best news. Deferrals, denials and alternate campuses. i wonder if that’s the trend
