Still waiting from NJ. Submitted and completed app 9/1. Most of my son’s friends heard back yesterday. Some were accepted lots denied. Hopefully they continue notifying today. If not, do we have to wait again till next Friday?

Still waiting in OH. Some of my daughter’s friends heard yesterday, others did not. I don’t think there’s any pattern to who gets decisions before others.

Still waiting in Virginia. Very frustrated with the lack of any kind of communication. A simple Instagram post would suffice. Did anyone get “deferred” yesterday? Wondering if we haven’t heard because we are deferred?

Crazy. My son is still waiting too. His friend found at at midnight that he was deferred.

No decision here in Long Island. Applied mid October. Pre nursing. Very frustrating. Still says evaluation.

We are in OH, my son was admitted in the December wave. Yesterday, one of his classmates was admitted, one denied, and one is still waiting. There’s no discernible logic.

OSU doesn’t care that much about how students feel mostly because they don’t have to- have a second year student there and this doesn’t surprise me one bit that we are nervously awaiting the admissions decisions way past the date they promised. A bit of an elitist attitude -

How about this - if you can’t honor an agreement that you make to all the kids that apply to the early action program because the volume of applications is too large or your system can’t handle a mass notification process, then just offer regular decision. Treating kids like this is bad form.
