Problems with CC for i-Touch

<p>When I first logged into CC with the i-Touch, I was charmed by the special format that meant I didn’t have to keep making the letters bigger. I eventually downloaded the CC App as well, but since that didn’t open automatically, the way the CC window would from Safari, I didn’t ever use it.</p>

<p>One day this week while trying to figure out how to get to my PM in-box, I switched from the i-Touch format to the regular format in Safari. Now I can’t get back to the simplified format, and it is making me crazy. In the CC App, I can read all of the threads, but I can’t log in to post anything (which may be a good thing because that i-Touch keyboard is a pain to work with) or to find any threads I have participated in.</p>

<p>Is there anything I can do to get back to the short format from Safari, or am I stuck with the long format?</p>

<p>happymom - I have a droid. If the iTouch works the same way as the droid, just log out of the normal version and when you log back in the mobile version should open up. I hope that works for you!</p>

<p>If that doesn’t work, just delete the app and reinstall it. Im on my iPhone right now and had the same thing happen and logging out worked if I remember correctly.</p>

<p>The CC app on my iPhone was getting hung up yesterday. I deleted the app, reinstalled and logged in with no issues.</p>

<p>BUandBc82 thanks so much! I logged out of CC in Safari and then when I logged back in I got the “wait while you are being re-directed message” and was returned to the mobile version!!! I am so happy now! Thanks!</p>
