I don’t think I ever see “draft saved” when typing on my cell. I did go look and it was saved in Drafts.

So I continued my post… And the addl words were not saved.

I have always had a cell issue with losing posts if I go off the thread page before submitting. Droid. Chrome.

I don’t seem to be diverted to a main page on my cell.
Laptop is where I have the redirect issue. Chrome.

Spoke too soon. On cell. Went to edit and was sent to a page where .my draft did not show, but the forums menu was attached. I can’t even describe.

-Drop down menu for notifications and messages is glitchy and does not display notifications
-Notifications are often not current/not accurate.

Sometimes when I click a link it will load the html version of the website instead of the actual themed site. This is on iPhone 6.

I got the html version on my phone yesterday but not today. Still having all the other issues though, but when it goes to the main page, if I refresh, it goes to where it is supposed to go. Sometimes.

Guys, my colleagues were able to replicate the issues and are still working on identifying the cause of all these glitches. I know this is not much, but I’d thought you’d appreciate a quick update. This matter is top priority for us and we’re working on getting it fixed asap. Unfortunately, it seems things aren’t always as easy as we’d wish. Thanks for bearing with us! I’ll keep you posted.

For the last 3 days I’ve been having many problems with the site.

  • If I click on a category, I'm redirected to the main menu. It can take several tries before the category actually opens.
  • If the category does open, when I click on a thread I'm redirected to the main menu. It can take several attempts before it opens properly.
  • If the thread does open I'm invariably faced with a wall of text -- titles/authors in red and blue fonts followed by the text message in a black font (separated from other messages by only by a line or two of white space) -- that's impossible to read.
  • I'm receiving notifications for threads I'm not even following.

Thanks to whoever mentioned refresh. When I clicked on this thread in my notifications, I got the main page. Hitting refresh brought me here. Still annoying, but faster than trying to click on the notification three times. Using Safari on Kindle right now. Same issues on pc laptop in Chrome browser.

I’m trying to access my account (to see my replies and such) and I keep getting sent to the main page. Same thing happens when I click “National Merit Scholarships.”

Still having all of the same issues on both my mobile device and my desktop. Yikes.

I noticed that if the redirect is wrong, if I just go back and click again, it goes to the right place.

Actually, it seems to be getting worse. I typed up a response, saved the draft, got the grey box, posted, got redirected to main page. Guess what? Reply did not post and the draft was not saved. Really frustrating!!

@CCadmin_Sorin Thanks you for updating us. Communication is important. Even if there’s nothing to report, communication prevents us thinking that we’re being ignored. :slight_smile:

Ditto-- thanks for the update. And I don’t want to jinx anything, but for the last several keystrokes and forum selections, its behaved!! Is it fixed??

@jym626, this is not an official update, but my colleagues are working on some solutions to fix the glitches. I don’t want to jinx it, but my guess is that they’re the cause of the improvement.

I don’t want to jinx it, either, but for the past hour or two, it has not only been working correctly but it seems faster than ever. Whatever they’re doing, it’s working.
