Was going better. Now mobile site is doing the thing again where I don’t see the site layout, only links.
My notifications aren’t working…

Thank you. I have not seen the problem of going to the wrong page today. I do notice that the notifications don’t match the # of ‘new posts’ indication next to bookmarked and previously read threads.

Apologies for pointing this out, but this only appeared in the comm forum and many of us don’t check that regularly. So, when I couldn’t get into CC last night, around 9pm ET, I didn’t know why. Since there’s a big green (or yellow) banner about Family Connection at the top of every page right now, couldn’t this same format be used to warn folks of an impending change?
But things are still glitchy for me, this morning. I either can’t get in at all or get a “something went wrong” message when I hit a page link or the back button. OR, I get a “page not available,” then a second later, the page appears (sometimes it goes through; other times, I’m stuck on that error message.) Laptop and phone, both on Chrome.
Now I keep trying to post this…
Very bad this morning! Unable to get in on ipad or kindle for most of the past few hours. Every once in a while a page will load, but then cannot navigate to another page.
Yeah, I’ve really been struggling as well.
@lookingforward, my announcement had nothing to do with the current issue. We are now experiencing a network outage at our provider, which is responsible for all the glitches. We initially thought it was solved, but it started again this morning. The tech team is addressing the matter as we speak.

same for me pages are taking forever to load or not at all
I haven’t been able to get on using Chrome yesterday or today. IE and cc seem to be playing well together for me today.
Let me throw this out there, although I expect it will fall down the rabbit hole of CC fixes, never to be done…I tried to edit a post this afternoon, and I couldn’t do it. (Yes, it was well within the required 15 minute timeframe for editing.) The popup said (repeatedly) that there was an error in processing my request and to try again later.
I copy the post text, then refresh, then I can usually submit it. fyi. fwiw.
Sorin, so maybe they weren’t related, but if there is a space for a flash note, such as for Family Connection, it could be used to communicate, say, a heads up that an outage is causing intermittent issues. It seems a pretty straight up thing for all of the users who get frustrated.

Site has not been loading correctly on and off for the last 2 days. Tries to automatically but usually fails to do so.
Now I have twice had this issue: when editing a post, a second copy of the original shows up out of nowhere, below the text editing area, a duplicate. When I edit the original and submit, both get posted (my changes and below it, a copy of the original.) Earlier, I was editing something and the page just flipped to my bookmarks. Goblins.
Ok…I’m back to being logged out if I use the back arrow…again. That had not happened in weeks…but it started again this early evening.
