So, i looked up some of my son’s friends and there are two girls that say “left 2/26” and I know that they decided on arkansas so we are surmising they withdrew their apps.

The left and date is a tracker date used for the university after graduation. The university grants students access to all software for 1 year after graduation. This date is the date used and gives students that access for 5 years from that date. It is an internal date, most likely it means that is the day the applicant was entered into the directory.
We have a family friend who was admitted to UTK back in 2022. She declined the offer and is now at Alabama and she is listed in the directory and parentheses it has left in the date. I think that’s the date she declined. It’s in 2022.
Who knows … seems there are dates for some, not for others etc

Uh I have a background on my portal now and after this whole time I’ve not had “awaiting decision” and now I do again.
The left date will disappear once you commit to the school.

Why would they have a left date in the first place ? Doesn’t make any sense
It says it’s undergoing maintenance because they’re entering in all of our children’s names because they’ve all been admitted!

When I looked up my name I put my middle name to make sure it was right, and one popped up but it didn’t have my middle name listed?
Almost exact same SAME experience for my son last year. Admitted in Dec 23 EA. I also have a D25 so I am following this thread and surprised to see how crazy this year has been. I sure hope they have lessons learned for next year.

Yes I understand as previously mentioned , but working in the university realm here , schools would not use left for a student once they matriculate out of system for graduation purposes AND a potential new student
