Now portal is back to āAwaiting Decisionā instead of āAwaiting Materialsā but her counselor hasnāt sent the mid year transcript yetā¦ā¦ā¦.
But D had already uploaded it last monthā¦ so maybe they saw itā¦.

DS24ās SRAR was updated on 01/21ā¦ and school sent in mid term grades on 01/24ā¦

Did anyoneās child or student on here set up their UTK email? My son did, followed the email directions, and now is not sure he knows how to access. Anyone getting emails to a UTK email? If so, anything important?
Do we have any idea when deferred decisions will come out ?
I think they said late February, so Iām not expecting anything until week after nextā¦but it would be nice if it was earlier!!!
So far I think all emails, are still also showing up in DS regular email. I believe UTK is using outlook for new students this Fall. Oit.utk.edu has a tab for log into also.
I am going to delete this post because I donāt think it meant anything and donāt want tons of people screwing up the system.
Just tried it out! Received the same email with admitted major.
Just tried this as well and it said admitted major finance which is my first choice major.
I canceled my registration after looking at the email. Iām sure it means nothing as well.

It was registering for a campus tour. Picking the admitted student option, rather than prospective. The email confirmation that came said āwe see you were admitted to xxx (major)ā but we are thinking it may be grabbing whatever you put on your application as your first choice.
I didnāt cancel the registration for mine because I would still like to tour after decisions come out but I guess if I donāt get in then Iāll cancel.

Ours was also one of the accounts where it showed student ID and admitted major a few weeks ago and then disappeared.
I feel like when that glitch happened they were updating accounts prior to release. Which makes me believe this means somethingā¦
