Has anyone received BOTH the box and the envelope? Maybe they just send one or the other? I scrolled back and I didn’t see anyone saying they got both.
(Maybe they are doing a marketing test. Sending one or the other to see if it affects their offer acceptance rate.)
We did. We got the box first and then the letter came on Saturday.

OOS Got the envelope and the box which contained a flag and some confetti and the cardboard with the music. Cool gift
I just checked our Informed Delivery again.
The box from “UNIVERSITY MAIL SERVICES” was previously shown as in Chicago the morning of Dec 22, “out for delivery” in VA in the late morning (clearly a mistake) and then departed Chicago in the afternoon, arriving in Fox Valley, IL.
Then there are 14 different notations of it bouncing around different IL facilities before returning to Chicago on December 30. (Ahh what effiency.)
Then it bounced around the same facilities AGAIN, with 7 entries.
It now says “out for delivery” in IL again, as of 7:33 am this morning.
Not sure what is going on with the USPS, but I guess it will get here when it gets here.
DS got both. We are in state.
OOS and received both a day apart. Our box travelled quite a bit before finally arriving to us in GA.

S24 got his letter yesterday. Got the box on 12/24. We are OOS
OOS D24 had acceptance with the $18K merit scholarship, but no word about Honors College, we thought it might be because she applied for Haslam Scholars as well and was going to be a semifinalist for that, but she got her rejection letter for Haslam Scholars today, still no mention of honors college. We are thinking we’ll close the loop with the AO just to know for sure that she did not get into honors college either so we know whether we can move on (unlikely to go without that).

We were notified shortly after 9am this morning (Jan 3) that my son was selected as a semi-finalist. Each of us received an email from the university.
In state, received my box a few days before my letter.
OOS S24 1510 SAT; 4.5 UTK GPA; Published Research; Many Great EC’s w/ $18k merit scholarship got rejected from Chancellor’s Honors today after having SRAR glitch issue when decisions came out. Did anyone with SRAR glitch get into honors? Did anyone with similar stats get rejected?
