I don’t buy that… this is not a 1-off event. As professionals they should have a pretty good understanding of how long steps on their pert chart take.
We are at the end of the process. They know how many apps they received and resources they need(ed). In fact, the review process should be at/near completion. So when will that end, and how long will it take to load are the main steps left.
That’s right, I was talking about how sometimes IT systems are not equipped to handle the business process seamlessly. I’ve often found myself on the other side of the table, and speaking from experience how frustrating it gets on the other side as well.
Take this however you want, not sure about this source, but in one of my college Facebook groups someone is claiming she heard from a friend - kids got emails today and all were rejected. Said her counselor spoke to their AO and their school would get emails Wednesday. Again, can’t confirm source is legit but just thought I’d share.
Yep, i certainly understand and agree with that point.
But, in my experience, my customers (read as ‘those who could affect my career progress’), still expected an updated & reasonably firm commitment date near the end of a project.
For the people who received emails… is this in Wisconsin or no? I’m wondering if the order of emails may have to do with state residence, starting with in state applicants
Until I hear another confirmation that someone got a decision either way I’m going to assume that isn’t true. It’s one report relayed by someone who didn’t get a decision themselves about a school they don’t have a kid in.
