Hello. Son is auto admit. Can see two majors on portal but not the third choice for auto admits. Can any auto admit see a third choice? Is there anything else on portal indicating auto admission, just want to be sure everything was filled out correctly so that they know he is auto. Thanks

Daughter had her honors essays done too but she is refusing to submit her application without school report and the counselor says he will not have school report until September 2nd week. My daughter stays cool but I am nervous 
Our counselor says he has transcript but doesn’t have scool report yet. I don’t understand the difference between these two and I have asked him enough questions already. Anyone in the same boat?
My daughter submitted hers without the transcript and school report. She uploaded them to the MyStatus page later, so it shouldn’t be an issue.
A school profile tells Universities how the school grades its students. Most often, it is a publicly available document. You should be able to Google the school profile for the high school.

Can’t seem to find the school report for her school for the current year but i will ask her to keep looking, thank you for sharing this information!

Have any top 6%ers gotten acceptance screens yet? Last year auto-admits got the CONGRATS - ACCEPTED screen in their portals about 2 weeks after everything was submitted. (This is not regarding acceptance to the major)
If a student is applying for major and ECE Honors, can they submit 3 rec letters?
2 for ECE major and one math or science rec letter for honors.
Maybe others have better sources and links. It seems to me information about admission at UT, Austin is in UT News articles like the one below where they do talk about recommendations ..

Nope. We keep checking MyStatus but nothing new except the “Learn More about TexasEx Scholarships” link at the bottom of the first tab (Admissions). Anyone else have any MyStatus changes?
Last year there were reports of changes on MyStatus with ACCEPTED or at least application IN REVIEW and autoadmits getting “Welcome to the Longhorn Family” emails after autoadmit was verified.

Hey! Within MyStatus, I saw the Texas Exes scholarship application. Part of the application is the “Entering Freshman Application” which has the same questions to what I answered in Common App. Do I need to fill that out again to qualify for scholarships?

After waiting and waiting I was FINALLY able to submit my son’s housing application! Whew! That was easy.

Folks need a suggestion. My current SAT score is low. I am giving SAT again in Oct. Should i apply for early action or wait for SAT score to come and apply in regular decision.
