Since we got the access to the scholarship link UT seems to add/remove scholarship apps on scholarship portal, maybe they are time based. So, as far as my understanding goes thats just normal.
We see a total of 7 scholarship applications!

Yes. We see it in the Message center. Doubtful if it means anything, though
Yes, before that it was a test message or something.
I have it too. Probably everyone gets it. It wouldn’t apply to new admitted students as it’s one week in Feb.

UT removed the option. They caught on that we were checking.
I have the same, I don’t think they updated the date in the portal.
I still see the scholarships in the Finance Tab
