<p>The functionality of being able to click on someone’s name and send a PM or find their previous posts was a really nice feature – why was that taken away? </p>
<p>It may not be possible to change some of those font colors or spacing between posts. This may be what we have from now on. </p>
<p>PG - now it is two clicks. You would click on someone’s SN, when you get to that person’s info page, click on Replies on the upper left and you would find the person’s previous posts.</p>

<p>CC should have a whole bunch of admins out here talking to us. That’s just good customer service. Instead, it seems as if they’ve gone to the mattresses. </p>
<p>Bottom line. I have found that since this updated version was put in place, I just don’t visit the site as much. It feels like work.</p>
<p>I notice people are not posting as much either. I browsed through students’ forums and they are not liking it much either. </p>

Let’s hope they are talking to the volunteer moderators. What do they think of the changes How many of them are going to continue if they are unable to use the forum via smartphones? Perhaps it will be too much trouble for what is, after all, just a volunteer position. Any mods care to comment? </p>
