<p>Panhandlegal, up at the top of the page to the right of your name go to the fourth icon (the gear) and you can sign out there.</p>
<p>I think you might find an uptick in post counts right now with so many people asking questions…</p>
<p>I will give few likes:
- I tried to use CC on my phone, it is much faster now flipping from one page to another.
- Latest Posts is working again - happy with that.
- I like pop up notification of new posts
- I like the Like/helpful button</p>
<p>I am able to navigate fairly well now. What’s still not working for me is My Bookmarks. When I post on a thread, it used to be automatically bookmarked for me. Now I have to actually bookmark it. Not a deal killer. I would like to see all forums on the left like before, instead of having to go to Forum Home.</p>
<p>I tried adblock once- it messed up pulling up videos on news sites, etc. So I cant use it.</p>

Go to the little gear symbol in the upper right. Hover over it and you will see it is for “account options” . There are 2 choices-- accout preferences and log out. Select the log out :)</p>

<p>Hmmm… When I tried adblock and wanted to watch a video clip on a news site, it wouldnt allow me because it first runs a brief ad, and adblock prevented it, so I couldnt watch the clip. </p>
<p>If that happens, you can easily tell Adblock not to block that particular URL. There is a set of filters that come with it, but you have control over it and can make changes.</p>

<p>It may be the computer I’m on, but it does seem as though the “white” is not so white today. </p>
<p>The admins will be able to track posts, views - all that - and will clearly see how the site is being used or is NOT being used. Just as we would direct our kids with new challenges/changes, let’s take our own advice to them and try and be patient, be thankful for small gains, and demonstrate courtesy and suggestions in as much of a positive way as we can. Myself, if I spend a little less time here at the moment till things “iron out” then so be it - CC is enough of a habit that I’m sure I will not walk away - in fact, perhaps a little less CC time will give me a new perspective and “fresh look” - just like the new look (with some minor tweeks) on CC.</p>
<p>It’s in my nature to try and bring a positive outlook to all things. I believe it helps the problem solvers to solve problems better. </p>

<p>I’m a big fan of change but when I went into my control panel on this board and saw the only thing I have control of have to do notifications, I was beyond shocked. </p>
<p>On the other message board I’ve been posting on since the early '00’s I can opt for no email notification, instant, daily or weekly email notification. I can choose who I want to be able to pm me and how I want to be notified. I can choose whether or not I want to see avitars, signatures or any images (ie emoticons.) I have six different options regarding posts per page and a time period for posts to be displayed (from 1 day to show every thread with different options in between.) I can control if I want to see newest post first or oldest post first. I can even choose what time zone I want to be in. There are also several different message editor interfaces to choose from and three different skins. And, of course there is a quote feature (like every single message board in the world has but this one.) </p>
<p>Then I come here and I have virtually no control over anything and it’s like I’ve been time warped back to the 90’s and the early days of internet message boards. I think TPTB decided they would be the ones to reinvent the wheel, but came up with a flat tire instead. </p>
<p>I would also challenge people to start a new thread on the cafe or anywhere (but I’d especially enjoy the cafe!) to breathe some new life and interest into the board as a way to encourage people to participate, make things feel like they are moving, and to give everyone a little “practice” in not just reading, but posting.
