Wonder if that is a good sign or spurious?
Some have it and some don’t … I feel like it must be a good sign . ( not trying to be insensitive to those who don’t )
So I just did the admitted tour rather than New Vol Day and got the same message that everyone else seems to be seeing. The email says “ We see you were admitted to Business Analytics, which is in The Haslam College of Business.” This is her 1st choice major. Yay…hope this is a good sign!

I had someone try to get in that was already accepted but declined the offer. He/she can’t get into the admitted student tour, so perhaps that is a good sign. i.e., it is not available to everyone.

This is what my daughter received- admitted to 2nd major- she was deferred and supposed to upload mid grades and did not.

Yep. My son did not see a major. Bummer.
Better to mentally prep for the denial, I guess. He has a 4.4 GPA. This has been a crazy year for sure!
Yes, after signing up for an admitted student tour. I cancelled tour so as to not take a space from someone else. She seems to be admitted to her 2nd major. Will wait and see for sure when they let us all know. She did not send in her mid year grades like asked to do after the SRAR issue.
That’s weird, did he have a 2nd major listed on app? Honestly, UTK doesn’t make much sense this year.
Yes, he had a second major. It’s ok, he has some great options, fortunately, but the deferrals have just made this a long process.
Has it let anyone sign up for the admitted vol day? I actually registered because if I get in I’m 100% going
I agree 100% terrible process. Maybe wait and see, until we get official email, nothing set in stone. I will say UTK slid down in our rankings because of the SRAR issue and how it was handled. Good luck to your son!

My S24 just tried and it resulted in an email w/ a congratulations and his 1st choice major. Having him cancel the date now.
